As a qualified nurse, graduate educator and doctor of public health (Dr. PH), she looks back on over 30 years of professional experience in healthcare and education. She combines many years of nursing practice with sound pedagogical knowledge and scientific expertise. For many years she has worked in nursing education, further training and continuing education. She brings extensive experience as a lecturer for health and nursing professions and as a specialist examiner in the recognition procedure for international nurses.
As Head of Academy, she and her team focus on an appreciative atmosphere and high quality standards. With teaching skill and intercultural competence, she guides international nurses safely through exam preparation and so lays the foundation for a good start in the German healthcare system.
Her motto: ‘From the grassroots of nursing - with teaching expertise and scientific knowledge - living a culture of welcome and safeguarding quality in nursing practice.’
